BeforeMay docs

BeforeMay docs

How to turn a client's documents into a reviewed Excel working paper — building a case, reading what the AI flagged, and fixing a figure without breaking the workbook.

BeforeMay takes the documents a client sends you and gives back an Excel working paper: every figure GST-checked, mapped to its ATO item, and linked back to the page it came from.

A delivered working paper open in the browser, with the editable/locked notice ringed.

What BeforeMay is not

It does not lodge. It does not decide whether a deduction is claimable and hide that decision from you — every judgement it makes arrives as a review point you can approve, adjust or ignore, with its reasoning attached.

The deliverable is a spreadsheet

Whatever the entity type — individual, company, trust or partnership — the output is a plain .xlsx. No macros, no proprietary viewer. It opens in Excel, in Numbers, and in whatever your reviewer already uses.
